I am a university trained ex-chef, that worked many years in restaurants, catering, private functions, hotels and at home.
I love the holistic aspect with fermented foods and drinks. So, I started to play around and here we are, starting a line of fermented products. I have always struggled with IBS and since creating and eating these products regularly, my stomach and gut have never been better.

The idea of food as medicine, goes hand in hand with any fermented food or drink. Gut health! So important. Another great aspect about this is the fact that we can make this food fun and delicious! Humans have been fermenting foods for thousands of years, for a reason!

I am not certified Organic or Vegan.
Due to suppliers and demands, freshness and ripeness, I cannot always use organic everything. I try my best and most of the time its 100%!
